These terms govern use of the datificial.com website. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which prevail over anything here.

Informational site

This website describes Datificial's services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract, and no engagement exists until a written agreement is signed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site or its inquiry endpoint.
Do not submit unlawful content or other people's confidential data through the form.
Do not scrape the site in a way that burdens it or misrepresents its content.

Intellectual property

The site's content, wordmark, and design belong to Datificial. Brief quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Republishing whole pages is not.

External links

The site links to external resources, including the founder's research site. Those destinations have their own terms, and Datificial is not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers
