Privacy Policy
Who operates this site
Datificial operates datificial.com. Contact for anything in this policy: hello@datificial.com.
What the site collects
The site has no user accounts, no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies. Data collection happens in exactly two places.
- The inquiry form. Submitting stores your email address, your description of the data you have, your description of what the product must enable, the page you landed on, the referring page if any, UTM campaign parameters if present, the privacy-policy version you saw, and a server timestamp.
- First-touch context. On your first visit the browser stores the landing path, referrer, and UTM parameters in its own localStorage. This never leaves your browser unless you submit the form, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
What not to submit
The inquiry form is for a short description only. Do not submit credentials, source files, personal records, or other confidential data through it. Secure exchange of samples is arranged separately after a project is qualified.
Spam protection
The inquiry form is protected by Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise, a Google service. The reCAPTCHA script loads only when you submit the form, and Google processes interaction signals to attest that the submission comes from a real browser. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
Where data is stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States and forwarded once by email to the founder's mailbox so they can be answered. Firebase Hosting, which serves this site, keeps standard technical request logs operated by Google.
What the data is used for
Inquiries are used to evaluate and respond to your request and to scope the work you asked about. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, used for unrelated marketing, or used to train models.
Retention
Spam is deleted quickly. Unqualified inquiries are deleted once they are clearly closed. Qualified business records are kept while the conversation or engagement they belong to is active, and deleted on request at any time.
Your rights
Email hello@datificial.com to access, correct, or delete anything the site holds about you.
Client data-product work
Separately from this website, Datificial processes data sources under client engagements. That processing is governed by each engagement's contract, source-rights record, and security terms, and is described at a high level on the Security page. Customer data is not used to train shared models or improve unrelated products without explicit contractual permission.
Changes
When behavior changes, this policy changes in the same release, with the date above updated.
